9-Day Sacred ReleaseJournal
A spacious companion for forgiveness, release, and grounded return to yourself.
Designed to breathe. Print or use digitally.
Welcome
This journal is your companion through the 9-Day Sacred Release — a gentle, structured clearing for the root and lower chakras. Each day pairs a Goddess archetype with a morning devotion and an evening journaling practice.
Move gently. Repeat a day, take a rest day, or extend the journey. Healing responds to honesty — not speed. Let the blank space breathe. Let truth arrive at its own pace.
How to use this journal
Morning (AM)
Sit with the day's Goddess archetype. Read her story. Let her medicine meet you.
Evening (PM)
After meditation, silence, or grounding — journal from the prompts. Write as much or as little as you need.
Forgiveness Process (Days 3–8)
Move through the five-step process: Understand → Innerstand → Overstand → Shift → Recall from love.
Safety note
This journal is educational and spiritual in nature. It is not a substitute for emergency, psychiatric, medical, or crisis care. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in emotional crisis, call or text 988 (U.S.).
My intention for this 9-day journey
Day 1 — Sekhmet
Protection + Holy Anger
Date: ________________________
AM — Sit with Sekhmet
Read Sekhmet's story. Sit in stillness for 5 minutes. Ask: What am I protecting? What is sacred in me? What boundary is asking to be honored?
PM — List making (Day 1 task)
List all things in the categories of anger, sadness, betrayal, etc. If it is low vibrational (brings no joy), list it. People, places, events, time — anything. Exhaust the mind of all negative memories.
Closing invocation
Sekhmet, guardian of what is holy, help me protect my peace with truth. Help me release what does not belong. Help me stand rooted — without losing love.
Day 2 — Kali
Fierce Liberation + Truth
Date: ________________________
AM — Sit with Kali
Read Kali's story. Ask: What am I still holding onto that is hurting me? What truth have I been avoiding because it would require change?
PM — Sorting the list (Day 2 task)
From your Day 1 list, cross off what can be forgiven immediately. Circle 1 item from each category (or 6 items total) that will require deeper release. Arrange from least to most difficult to forgive.
My ranked forgiveness list (least → most difficult)
Closing invocation
Kali, liberator of the bound heart, help me release what is false. Help me stop bargaining with pain. Help me choose truth with tenderness — and walk forward free.
Day 3 — Hekate
Crossroads + Shadow Wisdom
Date: ________________________
AM — Sit with Hekate
Read Hekate's story. Sit in stillness. Imagine a lantern lighting the path ahead. Ask: What am I standing at the threshold of? What truth have I been avoiding because it would require a decision?
Forgiveness Process — #6 (the least difficult)
In silence and meditation, recall the person/event clearly. Feel the emotions as an observer watching a dramatic film — emotional but detached. Then move through:
PM — Journaling after the process
What shifted? What did you notice? What clarity arrived?
Closing invocation
Hekate, keeper of thresholds, light my path with truth. Help me choose cleanly. Help me leave what is not aligned — and walk forward with steadiness.
Day 4 — Quan Yin
Compassion + Mercy
Date: ________________________
AM — Sit with Quan Yin
Read Quan Yin's story. Place one hand on your heart and one on your belly. Ask: What part of me needs mercy today? What would tenderness look like without self-abandonment?
Forgiveness Process — #5
In silence and meditation, recall the person/event clearly. Feel the emotions as an observer watching a dramatic film — emotional but detached. Then move through:
PM — Journaling after the process
What shifted? What did you notice? What clarity arrived?
Closing invocation
Quan Yin, mother of compassion, teach me tenderness without self-betrayal. Help me hold what hurts with breath and dignity. Help me return to myself in mercy.
Day 5 — Green Tara
Swift Protection + Fearless Action
Date: ________________________
AM — Sit with Green Tara
Read Green Tara's story. Sit upright. Feel your spine lengthen. Ask: What action would restore safety in my body and life right now? What boundary needs to become a clear decision?
Forgiveness Process — #4
In silence and meditation, recall the person/event clearly. Feel the emotions as an observer watching a dramatic film — emotional but detached. Then move through:
PM — Journaling after the process

Green Tara, swift protector, guide my steps. Help me act without fear. Help me choose what is safe. Help me move forward with a clean heart and a steady spine.
Day 6 — Miriam of Magdala
Sacred Witness + Anointed Devotion
Date: ________________________

Read Miriam's story. Sit quietly. Imagine warm light at the center of your chest. Ask: What truth do I need to witness without minimizing? What part of me needs to be anointed with dignity and care?
Forgiveness Process — #3
In silence and meditation, recall the person/event clearly. Feel the emotions as an observer watching a dramatic film — emotional but detached. Then move through:
PM — Journaling after the process

Day 7 — Auset (Isis)
Restoration + Divine Motherhood
Date: ________________________
AM — Sit with Auset (Isis)
