9-Day Sacred Release
A gentle, structured clearing for the root and lower chakras — created for feminine healing after seasons of emotional pain, overwhelm, betrayal, or chronic self-abandonment.
How to use
Each day includes a simple rhythm: morning devotion (sit with the day’s Goddess archetype) and evening release (journal after meditation, silence, or grounding). Read slowly. Pause often.
Pace
Move gently. Repeat a day, take a rest day, or extend the journey beyond nine days. Healing responds to honesty — not speed.
Support
If you feel overwhelmed beyond what you can hold alone, please reach for support. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. If you are in emotional crisis, call or text 988 (U.S.).
Supports
Grounding, emotional release, nervous system steadiness, forgiveness, and clean energetic boundaries.

Using #6 (the least difficult) from your list, in silence and meditation, recall the person/event in clarity.
Feel the emotions as an observer would while watching a dramatic film (emotional but detached).
Then move through:
- (1)Understand: What am I feeling? Why do I feel this?
- (2)Innerstand: Change perspectives; what reasoning comes to mind? Repeat until clarity.
- (3)Overstand: Change the outcome in memory through your abundance of grace, love, and forgiveness.
- (4)How did you shift with the clarity gained?
- (5)Recall the image again from unconditional love for yourself and the event.
