Meditation 6 of 7

Boundaries in Love and Light

Truth with dignity. Your peace is sacred architecture worth protecting.

Before you begin

Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Sit comfortably — on a chair, cushion, or the floor. Let your hands rest open in your lap. Close your eyes or soften your gaze downward. Read slowly, or have someone read this to you. Pause wherever you feel called to pause. There is no rush here.

Take a steady breath and feel the strength in your body.

Boundaries are not punishment. They are sacred architecture. They protect what is holy in you.

Imagine light surrounding your body — not as a wall of fear, but as a field of truth.

Say: I am allowed to protect my peace.

Notice where you have overextended, overexplained, or remained available beyond your capacity.

Breathe. Call your energy back.

Let your no be clean. Let your yes be honest. Let your presence be rooted.

Ask: What must I stop permitting? What must I begin honoring?

Feel dignity rise in your spine.

Close by saying: My boundaries are an act of love, and my peace is worth protecting.

Closing note

When you are ready, take one more slow breath. Gently open your eyes. Let the stillness remain with you as long as it will. You may wish to write in your journal before returning to your day.
